About Me
Hi, I'm Bobby Nono, founder of Rhythm & Hunt.
I'm a treasure hunter with more than 20 years of geotechnical experience working across some of Australia's most remote and challenging landscapes. Decades spent reading the ground, observing large open cut mines, their spoil and exploring the outdoors have given me a bit of an eye for spotting things others often overlook.
I've always believed that every landscape has a story to tell. Whether it's a hidden gemstone, a rare mineral, an antique bottle, a forgotten relic, or simply a beautiful place waiting to be discovered, there's treasure all around us if we know where to look.
Beyond treasure hunting, I'm passionate about sustainable gardening, regenerative farming, and caring for the land. Respect for property, the environment, and future generations sits at the heart of everything we do.
That's why I created Rhythm & Hunt.
My vision is to build a community where responsible treasure hunters, explorers, landowners, photographers, prospectors and adventurers can connect through trust, shared respect, and a love of discovery. Together, we can explore Australia's hidden treasures while leaving every place we visit in better condition than we found it.

Every great treasure hunting team needs a loyal companion, and at Rhythm & Hunt, that role belongs to Barry. Barry is fiercely loyal, endlessly affectionate, and firmly committed to ensuring that nobody is ever alone for longer than absolutely necessary. Whether you're heading off on an adventure, working in the shed, or simply sitting down for five minutes, Barry believes it is his duty to be involved.
An enthusiastic treasure hunter in his own right, Barry specialises in chaotic excavation techniques. While his digging style lacks precision and his stamina occasionally falls short of his ambition, his dedication can never be questioned.

Although he can be somewhat demanding when it comes to attention, treats, comfort, affection, second breakfasts, and occasionally third breakfasts, his contribution to the Rhythm & Hunt team is immeasurable.

As the creator of Mystic Tide Hair and Healing, Bec has built more than a business. She has created a unique space where creativity, healing, connection, and personal growth come together. Through her work, not only is she a very qualified tradesperson, she empowers others to feel confident, valued, and seen, while looking and feeling their most spectacular selves.
A devoted mother of two amazing humans and a committed wife, Bec somehow balances family life, business ownership, mentoring, wellness retreats, creative projects, and countless responsibilities with a grace that inspires everyone around her.
She is a natural leader and teacher, known for her ability to listen deeply, offer genuine support, and help people see their own potential. Her strength is unwavering, her compassion authentic, and her standards high. She leads with kindness, but she's not afraid to stand her ground when it matters.
Beyond her work in beauty, wellness and business, Bec is an incredibly talented photographer with an extraordinary eye for capturing beauty, emotion, and story in a single moment. What she calls a hobby, many would call artistry.

Cam is a man of many trades and even more talents. A devoted husband and father of two amazing humans, he brings determination, loyalty, and a work ethic that simply refuses to quit.
When something needs doing, Cam finds a way.
Whether it's helping organise an adventure, coaching and managing both kids soccer teams, solving a problem, or showing up when someone is in need, he's the sort of person who doesn't think twice about stepping up. In fact, I know for a fact if I needed help 1,000 kilometres away, there's a good chance Cam would already be on the road. 🧡
His grit, resilience, and willingness to help others embody everything Rhythm & Hunt stands for: community, mateship, and looking out for one another.
Cam is also one of the bravest souls you'll meet. When I was learning to operate an excavator, he somehow found the courage to stand nearby and trust both the machine and the operator. Looking back, that may have been one of the greatest acts of faith ever witnessed in Australian earthmoving history.
Above all, Cam reminds us that the greatest treasure isn't always what we find in the ground. Sometimes it's having good people beside us on the journey.
