Accessibility Statement

"Not everyone can climb the mountain, but everyone deserves to enjoy the view."

Updated 13th of September 2026

Website Acessibity

  • We strive to ensure our website is easy to use for visitors relying on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies. We continually work to improve digital readability, image descriptions, and overall site usability.

  • If you encounter any digital barriers while browsing our site or registering for an event, please let us know so we can fix it or provide the information in an alternative format.

Our commitment to inclusion

  • At Rhythm & Hunt, we believe adventure, community, and discovery should be welcoming to everyone. We are committed to making our community, events, and online spaces as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.

  • We recognise that accessibility means different things to different people—whether that involves physical mobility, sensory needs, neurodivergence, communication styles, or digital navigation.

In person Hunts and events

  • Because our activities often take place outdoors, in nature, or at historical and unique locations, terrain and facilities can vary significantly.

  • Varying Terrains: Some hunt locations feature rugged paths, uneven ground, steps, or natural elements that may be challenging for wheel-based mobility aids or those with limited mobility.

  • Planning Ahead: We do our best to provide clear descriptions of terrain, walking distances, and site conditions ahead of time so you can make informed decisions about your participation.

  • Alternative Ways to Join: When physical terrain isn't suitable, we look for practical alternatives—such as remote roles, virtual participation options, or tasks that can be completed from accessible base camps.

  •

Let Us Know What You Need

  • We don't claim to have every accessibility solution in place, but we are always willing to listen, discuss individual circumstances, and do what is reasonably within our power to help you take part.

  • If you have specific accessibility, support, or participation requirements for an upcoming event or membership, please reach out to us early so we can explore reasonable adjustments together.
